1. How do I book train tickets online?
To book train tickets online, simply visit our website or mobile app. Enter your departure and arrival cities, select your travel dates, and choose your preferred train and class. Follow the prompts to complete your booking securely.
2. What are the accepted payment methods for train ticket bookings?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), online banking. Please ensure your chosen payment method is supported before proceeding with your booking.
3. How can I collect my train tickets after booking online?
After booking your train tickets online, you can collect them in the following ways:
1. E-ticket (Unified Train Services):
Receive an electronic ticket via email, which you can display directly on your device at the station. There's no need to print out the ticket.
2. Ticket Voucher (Sapa and Some Special Services):
For certain trains like Sapa and other special services, you'll receive a ticket voucher. Visit the address provided on the voucher to meet the service staff. Here, you can collect your physical tickets using your booking reference and ID.
4. Can I change or cancel my train ticket after booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your train ticket based on the fare rules. Some tickets may be non-refundable or subject to fees for changes. Please review our cancellation and amendment policy for more details.
5. What do I need to bring when boarding the train?
When boarding the train, ensure you have your ticket (either digital or printed), a valid ID (passport or government-issued ID), and any necessary travel documents (e.g., visas for international journeys).
6. Is Wi-Fi available on the trains?
Wi-Fi availability varies depending on the train operator and route. Some trains offer onboard Wi-Fi services. Please check with us or the train operator for specific details regarding your journey.
7. How can I file a complaint or provide feedback about my train journey?
We welcome your feedback and suggestions. Please reach out to our customer service team through our website, app, or customer support hotline. We strive to address all inquiries promptly and improve our services based on your experiences.
8. What if I want to cancel my ticket?

9. We're a group of 2 paxes and we do not want to share the cabin with others, can we do that?
Please book 4 tickets and pay for 4 to enjoy your privacy. Name can be repeated.
10. Can I take a shuttle bus from Lao Cai station to Sapa and return?
Yes, please book your shuttle bus together with your train ticket to get a good combo. Bus driver will welcome you at the train station then send you to the bus.
He will then drop you at Sapa Church and pick-up you at 5:00 - 5:30 PM at this address on your return date.
11. I lost my baggage on the train, please support.
Right after you find out that your baggage is lost, please ask for supports from train staff or any staff at the train station where you're landing.
12. Can I travel to Hoi An by train?
There is no train to Hoi An. Please travel to Da Nang by train then takes taxi or bus to Hoi An. It takes you only 30 minutes to get there.
13. What is the different between hard berth, soft berth and VIP berth?
Hard berth cabin: there’re 6 berths in one cabin with thinner mattress.
Soft berth cabin: there’re 4 berths in one cabin and thicker mattress.
VIP berth cabin: there’re 2 berths in one cabin with high quality facility. This cabin is only available for train from Hanoi to Sapa, Hue, Da Nang, Saigon on some trains and return.
14. Is the ticket price inclusive of taxes and fees and what is the baggage allowance?
The final ticket price you paid is inclusive of tax, fee and 20kg checked baggage for each passenger.
15. How long in advance should I make the reservation?
To ensure tickets are booked for your travel dates, please reserve your tickets at least 1 week before your travel date during normal season.
For high seasons, please book your ticket as early as possible because we cannot guarantee ticket is available.
